Shipping & Returns

We very much appreciate your business and we will work hard to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following to help us achieve this.

Orders are nomally shipped within one working day of cleared payment being received. Orders are despatched Monday to Friday via Royal Mail or Parcelforce.

Email notification of shipping is provided once an order is despatched.

In the unlikely event that your purchase is lost in transit we will replace it or provide a refund if the item is not in stock.

1. If you wish to cancel your order:
  1. you can notify us by email to sales@mightyoaktrading.com before we have dispatched the goods to you;
  2. or
  3. where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with our returns policy below.
2. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, or if you change your mind, you may return the item(s) in their original condition, including all original packaging, within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by the customer. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the original amount paid plus the postage charge you originally paid.

3. We guarantee all non-electrical goods to be free from manufacturing faults for the life of the product. We guarantee all electrical goods against manufacturing defects for three years from date of purchase. In the unlikely event of a fault being found within the guarantee period please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement product to be sent, or, if the product is no longer available, a refund will be provided.

The above conditions in no way affect your statutory rights.
